earn an art degree

With the recent addition of
the course Basic Design (Art 6A-6B) class, students can now earn an
Associate in Art right here at the Clear Lake Campus of Yuba College.
Eighteen units of art courses are required for the degree major, in
addition to the general education requirements.
But which students would benefit from obtaining an art degree? Naturally,
any student planning a career in an art or design field would gain
the most obvious benefits. But an Associate in Art is an excellent
choice for many other students as well.
Are you considering a career as a daycare provider? An elementary
school teacher? A therapist? An architect? A webmaster? There are
many careers in many fields in which having an art degree could provide
some unique qualifications.
